I’ve had a fascination with world-class Australian spirits, predominantly whisky and really wanted to focus on where the grains, fruits and botanicals come from and match them with great oak. Morris Lane Distillery was born.

So quietly since then, single malt and grain whisky have been made and barreled, a variety of beautiful French and American oak, ex-bourbon barrels and ex-red wine barrels have been used. The malted barley and wheat all come from Victoria.

This year a batch of American Whiskey (bourbon) was made, whisky production continues and more recently attention has turned to gin and vodka. All continuing to use Australian grown grain, botanical's and fruits, something I am very, very passionate about.

All of our spirits are batched produced, each bottle has a batch and bottle number.
