The Morris Lane Distillery philosophy is simple; make world class spirits using Australian grown grains, fruits and botanicals.

Gin

We source our wheat from Victoria to create our base spirit and use the finest botanicals and fruits to produce our gin.

Our core botanicals are; Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Lemon Peel and Orange Peel.

​

We wanted to create a modern, citrus forward style of dry gin.

Vodka

We source our wheat from Victoria to create our premium Vodka.

​

It is triple distilled to produce a very smooth, easy drinking Vodka.

​

Our water is passed through a reverse osmosis system and then filtered using our unique filtration system to give us a very clean and pure water, the way nature intended for it to be.

Whisky

We source our wheat and Malted Barley exclusively from Victoria to create our new make spirit.

​

We produce both grain and single malt whisky and whilst the minimum aging period required in Australia is 2 years, we have committed to producing a premium range of whisky's and will be aging them for a minimum of 3 years.

Time definitely produces a world class Whisky.

American Whiskey

Our American Whiskey (or Bourbon as it is known) uses the finest corn grown in Victoria to create our new make spirit.

​

We have adopted a similar approach to producing premium American Whiskey as with our Whisky and will be aging them in brand new American Oak for a minimum of 3 years.

​

Time definitely produces a world class American Whiskey.
